Tax Appeal Information
An Arkansas property owner may protest their real property valuation if they think their property is assessed for more than its actual market value or disproportionately valued in relation to similar comparable properties. Property owners have the right to appeal their Arkansas property valuation every year but the burden is on the property owner to prove their property has been incorrectly assessed.
Here are the steps to follow to determine if your property valuation has been incorrectly assessed:
Look up the assessed value of your property. You can do this through your county assessor’s office. We have compiled links to the Arkansas counties where we work:
Benton County, Arkansas Assessor’s Office
Craighead County, Arkansas Assessor’s Office
Garland County, Arkansas Assessor’s Office
Pulaski County, Arkansas Assessor’s Office
Sebastian County, Arkansas Assessor’s Office
Washington County, Arkansas Assessor’s Office
To search many of the other counties in Arkansas, click here and go to Parcel or Property Search.
Enter that assessed value as part of the form below. We will contact you to let you know if the value was incorrectly assessed and discuss how we can help you appeal that assessment.
We can work with you on your real property tax appeal. Our experience allows us to effectively analyze your property’s value using established valuation approaches using the information that you provide. So that we can move quickly, make sure you have access to your most recent tax bill and income statement, then input and upload the information below.
